Zensar featured in the 100 Best Company for Women in 2018 BCWI Study

Pune, India, November 27, 2018: Zensar, a leading digital solutions and technology services company that specializes in partnering with global organizations across industries on their digital transformation journey, announced today that is has been recognized as one the 2018 - 100 Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) by the AVTAR Group and Working Mother Media. The BCWI focuses on initiatives taken by companies to increase women’s participation in the workforce. The study is a comprehensive one that considers various parameters like women focused benefits, safety and security measures, work-life balance, work culture, retention policies, opportunities, work culture etc.

Zensar Women Executive Network (ZenWEN) is the internal global Diversity and Inclusion Board run by a cross functional team of women leaders working to towards career advancement of women and balanced leadership. One of the key objectives is to identify and foster women leaders in the company by providing the right environment to grow into future leaders. Industry benchmarks are followed and there is periodic review of the progress of each initiative launched by the ZenWEN team.
