Zensar will showcase a digital demonstration featuring Pega Case management through Bot Engines. Zensar’s team will be demonstrating this solution led by a technology showcase featuring Pega Case Management. The joint solution enables customers and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in case management through messaging bots that are capable of understanding the intent of users, extracting relevant information and carrying out the next viable steps. The solution incorporates Augmented Reality (AR) using the Pega Mobile software development kit to link the physical world with the digital world, while providing an on-demand overlay of Next Best Action information making the process of diagnosis easier.
