Zensar had a webinar with Guidewire in partnership with ITWeb, to learn about the two companies' newly forged partnership, and to understand what to expect from the upcoming arrival of Guidewire Cloud (SaaS) to South Africa in 2023. Representatives from Santam Insurance also shared their experience of migrating to the cloud and provided advice on the process of transformation. Key topics included considerations for processes, people and technology as insurers embark on their journey of transformation, as well as the practicality of such efforts in the insurance sector.
