Overview
Zensar partnered with Rising Pharma Holdings, a US-based pharmaceutical leader, to roll out SAP S/4HANA for its newly acquired Decatur, Illinois, manufacturing facility. The project seamlessly integrated the new legal entity, plant, and warehouses, transitioning from JD Edwards to ensure FDA compliance, streamlined operations, and real-time data visibility while managing multi-vendor coordination and third-party integrations.

Solution
Scope SAP rollouts for integrating the newly acquired legal entity, its associated plant, and warehouses. This includes validating the existing design, testing scripts, master data guidance, working with existing service providers to update processes, conducting tests, providing system walkthroughs, and training key users.
Intercompany and intra-company process SAP S/4HANA streamlined intercompany functionality, enabling seamless coordination of financial transactions and inventory transfers between the subsidiaries while ensuring compliance with international regulations and currency conversions
MTO and MTS business processes Implemented the MTO process to produce products based on specific customer orders/orders from the corporate entity; also, implemented the MTS process to meet customer requirements based on historical sales data
Extended warehouse Integration with ATTP for real-time tracking of shipments and consignments to monitor delivery status, Optel, MM, PP, and QM; also, worked on serialization
Subcontracting process SAP S/4HANA provided integration for subcontracting processes, enhancing control and accuracy
