RPG Foundation – An RPG Initiative
RPG Foundation was founded in 2011, initially focusing on primary education and community development. The Foundation has since then branched out to solving problems in eye care, gender equality, skill development and community development.
We aim to empower developing communities in Maharashtra and Gujrat. Our sustainable initiatives are designed to create maximum impact.
The Foundation has the below specific values in keeping with which all interventions are executed.
Focus Areas

Urban Slum Community Development
At Zensar Community Development is initiated with the running of transformational programs like Community Mobilization, School Transformation Program and the Udaan English Proficiency program, that enable a positive and irrevocable change in people.

Environmental Sustenance
Committed to making the planet a greener and cleaner place, Zensar has collaborated with the PMC to transform a barren area into a Biodiversity Park. The park supports 165 plant species from 69 botanical families, 56 shrubs, 59 herbaceous plants, and 17 climbers, many of which belong to the Rare, Endemic and Threatened category.

Digital Literacy
Zensar has aligned itself with the National Digital Literacy Mission to empower at least one person per household in India with digital literacy skills by 2020. We have partnered with the PMC and leased 3 Digital Literacy buses and set up 5 digital literacy centers across Pune and Hyderabad.

Employability Enhancement
Skilling Centres ensuring job readiness of youth and women in slum communities, The Black Economic Empowerment program equipping local talent in South Africa and The Employee Skill Development Program supporting technical skill enhancement of college students, are among several initiatives at Zensar.
