Zensar wins People Matters L and D Award for ‘Best in Future Tech Skill Building’

Pune, India, November 2, 2018: Zensar, a leading digital solutions and technology services company that specializes in partnering with global organizations across industries on their digital transformation journey has been awarded the People Matters L and D Award for ‘Best in Future Tech Skill Building’ during the People Matters L and D Conference 2018 hosted at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai 23rd, October 2018. Zensar was selected amongst some of the larger companies across multiple sectors. More than 300 applications were received across categories in this year’s competition.

The Zensar Digital Academy is an intensive digital learning initiative, which includes 5 levels of certification program from Awareness to Expert, thus allowing employees to achieve digital competencies at various levels.
Under this initiative, Zensar has trained all employees from all global locations in first 3 levels, using robust learning framework, curated learning content and effective governance. These programs include learning modules on emerging technologies i.e. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Virtual Reality, RPA and DevOps, delivered via eLearning, classroom, mobile, on the job and blended methods. These programs helped in making all digitally ready to take on new customer challenges and be a trustworthy digital transformation partner to various customers. Zensar not only trained its employees, but also trained 1800+ engineering students from 38 colleges free of cost in these emerging technologies through its Employability Skill Development program and helped these engineers in getting employment.
