To manage their work, the flight crews at Alaska Airlines were using over 10 siloed, legacy platforms that were outdated, challenging to navigate, and had complicated user interfaces. We consolidated the different systems and processes and streamlined the user journey with a single, unified digital personal assistant that had a user-friendly dashboard to deliver a seamless experience. Hundreds of flight attendants and pilots use the platform daily to manage their logistics and workload effectively. Furthermore, the project established a new design thinking methodology within Alaska Airlines, prompting the client to always focus on user experience.
