Zensar’s PAT grows 20.3% Q-o-Q : Pune, India

Zensar Technologies Ltd has reported excellent growth in profit after tax in the quarter ended September 30, 2014.
During the quarter Zensar reported dollar revenue growth quarter on quarter of 5.5% from 101.29 USD Mn to 106.88 USD Mn. The quarter on quarter rupee revenue growth was 7.1% from Rs 604.78 crore to Rs 647.68 crore. The PAT growth quarter on quarter is 20.3% from Rs 55.98 crore to Rs 67.34 crore. The profit before tax quarter on quarter growth was reported at 29.4% from Rs 77.59 crore to Rs 100.39 crore. Dr Ganesh Natarajan, Vice Chairman and CEO of Zensar Technologies said, “The quarter has been exciting for Zensar with the acquisition of Professional Access, a milestone in the company’s retail and omnipresent commerce strategy. Zensar’s retail business is set for significant growth with new deals signed worth 25M USD, and a strong pipeline across all segments of retail in all markets”. With revenues of over USD 38 million, PA is one of the largest Oracle ATG and Endeca partners in the world. It is an Oracle Platinum partner with presence in US, UK, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. The company works with several large and mid-sized retailers in these geographies to build and implement their e-Commerce strategies. This acquisition furthers Zensar’s mission to strengthen its dominant position in the critical and fast growing e-Commerce space. Nitin Parab, Head Enterprise Transformation Services, Zensar Technologies said, “The US market has been growing steadily, and there is also good news in growth markets of India and Europe with significant new client acquisition in the government and public sector”.
