Zensar Technologies to Present at CIO Summit Events in Boston and Dallas

Zensar Technologies, a leading software and infrastructure management services provider, today announced that it will be participating in two upcoming CIO Summit events, taking place this month in Boston and Dallas. CIO Summit events provide CIOs and IT executives with the opportunity to meet with peers from multiple industries to discuss the latest technology topics and trends. Patrick Zanella, AVP, Security, Compliance and Product Practice Head, Zensar, will present a thought leadership session at both events titled,
“Are You End User Experienced?” Today, the market understands the need for monitoring of data centers and networks, but there is a lack of monitoring and management of the end user environment. IT has come to recognize that this gap must be addressed, given the proliferation of end user devices and the importance of them to the productivity of employees who work in remote or satellite locations or require access to mobile devices when travelling. During these sessions, Zanella will describe end user experience management, a new approach to managing enterprise end user environments which allows IT operations to identify, diagnose and resolve/restore problems which source from the end user's device, and collect, analyze and leverage information to improve overall user experience and productivity.
