Zensar launches its First Customer Delivery center in Research Triangle Park (RTP), North America

Will leverage local talent and deepen customer engagement

North America, May 10, 2018:  Zensar, a leading digital solutions and technology services company that specializes in partnering with global organizations across industries on their Digital transformation journey, announced the launch of its customer delivery center in Research Triangle Park (RTP) Raleigh, North Carolina. The facility is strategically located in close proximity to key customers from the region, and is designed to provide customer support, consulting and training to local customer teams. This the company’s first customer centric nearshore delivery center in the region.

The delivery center is located in Durham in the RTP, having a seating capacity of approximately 200. The current plan includes hiring about 100 people, to be all local hires. The roles will span across a broad IT spectrum with developers, testing business analysts, data analysts, project leads, and project managers. The mix of employment will be both individual contributor and management. There is a provision to double the headcount up to 200 by end of 2019. The long term plan includes expansion in the total number of workforce by bringing in more customers to the fold. 
RTP is considered one of the fastest growing innovation hubs in the US, having access to some of the top educational institutions located nearby. Additionally, the international airport of Raleigh offers global mobility with emphasis on ease of connectivity. The community is vibrant, connected and progressive making the area a hotbed of opportunity.
