Pune: On October 23, NASSCOM, launched the Pune CSR Forum and also hosted Community Day celebrations to celebrate the spirit of service and volunteering in the IT- BPO industry in Pune. Volunteers from companies like Amdocs, Atos Origin,KPIT Cummins, Mphasis, Principal Financial Group, Steria, TCS, WNS, Zensar Technologies and NGO beneficiaries jointly put up performances highlighting relevant social issues like children migration, HIV, education, disability, problems of women and children. They were encouraged by the audience of more than 1000 people. The three best plays were rewarded and every participant NGO was promised assistance in setting up a library in their premises.
