Pune: Zensar Technologies is launching Media Freedom a technology that delivers media content in different formats across multiple platforms. This will help the media industry manage its content and enable companies to acquire, publish and deliver in any format to end users live or on demand, anywhere, on any connected device; including PC, mobile and TV via set top box (STB). Media Freedom, a product of UK based media and broadcasting company Two Four Media, is format agnostic and integrates with traditional content workflows to create multiplatform broadcasters.

The alliance sets growth strategies and products based on new media, across a wide range of platforms such as television, the Internet, radio and film. We are seeing a lot of interest for these new-age services across segments of education, media and entertainment, government establishments and large corporate in India, ”Ganesh Natarajan, Vice Chairman and MD, Zensar Technologies, said.
Media is one of the sectors that Zensar is focusing on in India apart from Manufacturing, retail, insurance and e-government. “Zensar is targeting a revenue of Rs 100 crore from the domestic market by 2011 from these sectors,” Natarajan said.
