Zensar opens third delivery centre

Technology and business process outsourcing company Zensar Technologies announced on Monday the inauguration of its third Global Delivery Centre in India and sixth in the world. The facility at Pune has been built with an investment of Rs. 4 crore and will accommodate over 400 professionals, a company statement said. This will be Zensar’s first foray into a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), the statement added.

“This newly established centre will be the innovation hub for the company and will host all of Zensar’s new and innovative offerings which will drive the growth of the company’s business in the coming year. Our commitment to the city of Pune is strong and this city will continue to be the focal point of our global expansion,” Ganesh Natarajan, vice chairman and managing director of Zensar Technologies, said in the statement.

John Levack of Electra partners, who is a board member of Zensar Technologies, said on the occasion, “Our Pune development centre has shown rapid growth since its inception. And this new state-of-the-art facility at Eon in Kharadi will help us further leverage the potential of this city.”
