Zensar looks to buy Infra Mgmt Co.

Zensar Technologies is looking to acquire a company in the infrastructure management space. The company has earmarked $100 million for the acquisition and has contracted three companies to search for a prospective partner. Ganesh Natarajan, vice-chairman and CEO of Zensar, told shareholders at the company’s annual general meeting: “We are looking for acquisition for rapid growth. We hope to close this acquisition this calendar year.”
