P6 Implementation Methodology

Zensar uses its proven ‘P6 Implementation Methodology’ for Oracle Applications implementation engagements. The methodology attempts to institutionalize best practices and Zensar’s experiences in the realm of enterprise applications. A distinguishing feature of the methodology is the use of Zensar’s offshore facilities for development of customizations and interfaces to / from external systems.
