The Business Challenge

ZensarThoughtDigital was engaged by the client to implement Oracle Purchasing, i-Procurement and i-Expenses to help control the client’s cost of doing business.

The Solution

ZensarThoughtDigital developed an e-procurement system that leverages Oracle Workflow to fully automate the procure-to-pay process. The system also features a supplier ‘punch out’ capability, which integrates external supplier catalog data into Oracle Requisitions for ease of maintenance. ZensarThoughtDigital also developed a web-based expense processing and reporting solution based upon Oracle’s i-Expenses software. This system relies upon employee approval hierarchies maintained in Oracle Purchasing and was fully integrated with Lotus Notes email for end user convenience.
