ZenProductivityZenProductivity is a solution for real time work-in-progress tracking, shop floor integration and measuring the output of the plant. The data captured from ZenProductivity is fed by sensors in reality, but here we have simulated those conditions programmatically to capture production rate. The application works both manually and automatically. An alarm is raised if the production stops or a downtime is encountered. ZenProductivity captures human level inputs, provides UI to input data based on machine/line/plant down time and classifies the data into various downtime categories. The user is allowed to input/import generic production calendar, public holidays, non working days, shift schedules, line output and targets. The solution model reports of plant utilization, downtime percentages, and downtime classifications with respect to E 10 standards. It also provides a real time dashboard of machinery in each plant and shows production statistics.
