Field E-Learning Connection-- FELC is a single, online, e-learning point of entry for the client’s Global Sales Force and Support Staff to Plan, Track, Develop, Measure their skills and knowledge development. FELC is an application, developed to improve Field Productivity. FELC facilitates this via a portal allowing profile based knowledge & Learning updates, Metrics regards Field Competency & Learner progress and a portal for periodic information updates.
