The Business Challenge - Selection of Primary Set of Books, between French Book & US Book. Account mapping between French Book & US book.
- Training needed to be conducted in both English & French. Zensar conducted the raining in English. Services of French translator were used for explaining the concepts in French. All the training material was translated in French.
- Data conversion – Source system data was not in a structured manner. This necessitated a lot of data cleaning & mapping during conversion.
The Solution - Single global instance implementation – Italy, Spain & France in the same instance.
- Zensar proposed a separate Business Group for France, instead of same shared between Italy & Spain.
- Implementation of Global accounting engine.
- Implementation with French localization – Bank interfaces, DAS2 reports etc.
Project Hightlights - There was a deadline of completing the project, since client’s key resources were going on leave & the busy season starts from October. The project was completed successfully in the scheduled timeline of 3 months.
- The project was closely monitored by client for successful completion within the planned schedule. They were very impressed with the Zensar team, opening new opportunities for future European rollouts.
