The repository and corresponding reports, which were a part of the solution offered by Zensar, addressed the need for an integrated, consistent view of data pertaining to complaints, problems, prioritization, service codes, service point calculations, and resolution time.

Deployment support was also provided for reports to be distributed through email as well as through the reporting portal.

After implementation, the resolution time of customer complaints improved. The integrated, consistent view of data helped optimize resource allocation along with an improvement in user convenience and productivity of the service desk.

Service mangers could track and view the origin of problems that frequently occurred in the service desk and provide with a solution, which improved the performance of patient care services.
