Organizational DevelopmentFast Track Schemes - The programme offers an accelerated career advancement and cross functional mobility for progressive employees across the length and breadth of the organization. The programme was designed to spot and support talent in the organization at all levels. Development Centers -These are designed to identify, assess and develop talent across the organisation. The outcomes of the DC's are Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for the managers which are tracked and implemented by the HR team in consultation with assesses and their managers. Management Development Programme (MDP) are also conducted regularly. The MDP provides innovative and practical ideas about critical management challenges faced by the mid-level administrators in their professional careers. Leadership Development Programme (LDP) prepares participants to become better leaders who align with the organization mission and vision of the future.
