"A management trainee at the onset of his career at Zensar, Shailendra has been with the organization for over two years and has been associated with various teams across the organization. In the true spirit of being a tech freak, he has always been eager to learn new technologies and this enormous learning spirit has brought him success through out his career span at Zensar. From working at Cisco, his core project to parallely working with the CTO at night Shailendra has now moved on to working with the in-thing in technology- Service Oriented Architecture [SOA]. An integral member of the dynamic team at ZenLabs- a platform for young and enterprising Zensarians, Shailendra has evolved in his tech Yatra and has not only learnt a lot but is also helping others learn more on SOA through workshops being conducted across teams."

"An Electronics and Communication graduate from NIT Surathkal, Dony joined Zensar as a campus recruit is today approaching the two year mark of his professional career. At Zensar, his association with Open Source technologies began when he joined the erstwhile Core Technology Group now popularly known as Zenlabs. Over the past year and a half, Dony has been working on the WAMP framework (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP). Apart from WAMP, he has also worked upon various technologies like OpenLaszlo and Adobe flex. In Dony's own words, "When I began my career in Zensar, I was just A speck in the vastness of knowledge that surrounded me. But when I got my footing, I felt the intense urge to fly. The ZenLabs unit has not only given me opportunities to grow, but has also encouraged me to think out-of-the-box and impart my knowledge to my colleagues." During his tenure at Zensar, Dony has been a part of four successful projects of which he has led three as the Development lead. Currently Dony is the Lead Designer for the second phase of the ePMS system."

"Ruchi as any other young graduate stepped into the corporate world with a delusion that large companies endow limited opportunities of learning -as freshers most often than not are confined to their working space. But unlike her thought, the organization she came into gave her an opportunity to do just that- to learn and grow. Ruchi right from her first day at work was given new opportunities to explore and responsibilities to shoulder. A coy person at heart, Ruchi has been with the organization for a short span of five months and has been working on cutting edge technologies like Struts, IBatis, Hibernate ,Eclipse 3.2(IDE) ever since. Besides these technologies, she has also lately begun working on creating low and high level designs for her current project, a fast tracker in her career - must say!"

"Vishal graduated from MIET (Meerut, UP) in Electronics & Communication and surely finds a lot of differences between the two C's in his life -Campus and Corporate. From long hours of biking to long hours of coding, Vishal has had a tremendous learning curve and has been working on technologies like Ajax, Php, XML, Java script and VB script. Being in Zensar has opened many new avenues for him and has been a wonderful experience, a place where he, like many others, has found his ground and have shaped their careers. When probed further Vishal in his understated style says that his ambition is "to work in the No. 1 company OR I can say I will work so hard to make MY company (ZENSAR) No. 1."
