L2 Support for the telecom / VoIP related configuration in network devices – like switches, routers etc.
  •  Hands on experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure. 
  •  Good basic understanding of switching - VLAN, Voice VLAN, VTP, STP, Poe, Ether channel, HSRP, Routing Protocols .etc. 
 Verse with following Cisco Unified Communication Products 
  •  CUCM 8.x and above 
  •  Cisco Unified Communication Express & Cisco Unity express 
  •  Cisco Unity, CUE - Unity Connection - CUBE SP/ Ent. 
  •  Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers and Analog gateways) 
  •  Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS) 
  •  Cisco Unified Personal Communicator (CUPC) 
  •  Gatekeepers 
  •  Gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP, SCCP
  •  24*7 support
