Leadership Team

Tom is President and CEO of Akibia. He joined Akibia in 1990 as its CFO, became President in 2002, and was promoted to the CEO position in 2010. In this role, he is charged with leading Akibia as it grows to meet expanding market needs and maintaining its leadership position. He is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and future vision of Akibia, and ensuring the portfolio of IT services offered is kept in sync with customer demands.

An alumnus of the University of Massachusetts,Mr. Tucker is a veteran in the high-tech industry. He brings along with hima vast experience of over 25 years, in both financial and operational management. Prior to joining Akibia, Mr. Tucker has held senior management positions at other reputed organizations such as Automated Images and VIA Systems.
