Leadership Team

Gopalji and Zensar: Gopalji, an alumnus of XLRI, Harvard Business School and London Management Centre, joined as Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources to lead talent management and change management for the 5000+ associate team at Zensar. He comes with over seventeen years of diverse human resource management experience, having led the HR function in industries including consumer goods, IT enabled services and specialty manufacturing.

Gopalji has worked extensively in both India and US, handling global business responsibilities. He was with ITC Ltd, an Indian Conglomerate, for ten years and subsequently with Pittsburgh, USA headquartered Kennametal Inc. for the last seven years. He has significant experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and in leading teams through change and organizational transformation.
