Zensar is seeking a Business Development Executive in our Digital Commerce Services division.

This key role within our global sales team will focus on the new business development for Omni Commerce services.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a successful track record in selling Digital IT services to large brands:

?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Sales Development

?Develops and executes a comprehensive regional sales plan

Develops and maintains a strong pipeline

?Understands the customer's ecommerce business and experienced in solution selling

Meet Quarterly and Annual quotas

Required Experience:

?Requirement & Qualification

?10+ years of technology services and solution selling experience

Experience in ecommerce/ OMS selling is plus

Retail B2C, B2B experience is a plus

?Proven track record of achieving sales targets

?Experience selling various delivery models ( Onsite, offshore)

?Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.

Works well in a matrix organization

?Must be well networked and have dealt/interacted successfully with C Level executives

?Well network background with top leading technology driven companies.

?Have experience in S/W contract negotiations.

Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.

?Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
